Instructor Payouts & Platform Fee

Instructor Notice (summary): EduNexusHub retains a 10% platform fee and pays out monthly on the 10th (Net‑14 clearance). Example: Learner pays 100 → platform fee 10 → processor fee (e.g., 2.9% + 0.30) ≈ 3.20 → approx. instructor payout = 86.80 (before any taxes owed by the instructor). By applying, you agree to these terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international contract law, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the use of EduNexusHub, its courses, tutors, or services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.

If resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) (or another recognized arbitration body mutually agreed upon by the parties). Arbitration will be conducted remotely (online) by default. If an in‑person proceeding is required, the parties will mutually agree on a neutral city for the seat/venue of arbitration.

For clarity, EduNexusHub is not responsible for, and shall not be a party to, disputes between Tutors and students. Such disputes remain solely between those parties.
