Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 11 September 2025
Last Updated: 11 September 2025
Quick Summary (Plain Language)
- You must be 16+ or have parental/guardian consent to use the site.
- Tutors are independent providers (not EduNexusHub employees) and handle their own taxes and compliance.
- Certificates of Completion recognize course achievement but are not accredited credentials; acceptance is up to employers/institutions.
- Disputes between tutors and students are between those parties, not EduNexusHub.
Welcome to EduNexusHub (the “Website”), operated by Fusion Digital Creations (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Website, courses, resources, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.
1. Eligibility & General Use
- You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Website.
- Use of the Website is granted for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.
2. Accounts & Registration
- You may need to create an account to access certain features (e.g., courses, tutor messaging).
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Courses, Payments & Refunds
- Courses may be offered for free or for a fee. Pricing is listed on each course page.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
- Refunds, where applicable, will follow the policy stated at checkout and the rules below (unless a specific course page states otherwise).
Instructor Payouts & Platform Fee
- Instructors offering paid courses must provide accurate payout details (e.g., bank/IBAN or approved payment processor account) so we can remit earnings.
- The platform fee applies only to paid courses. Free courses incur no platform fee.
- By listing a paid course on EduNexusHub, you authorize us to collect payments from learners, deduct a platform fee of 10% of the course fee to cover site maintenance, course feature upgrades, and marketing for EduNexusHub, and remit the remaining amount to you, less any third‑party payment processing fees and applicable refunds/chargebacks.
- “Course fee” means the price paid by the learner for the course (exclusive of any taxes charged/collected by payment processors or authorities).
- EduNexusHub is not responsible for instructors’ taxes or social contributions; instructors are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and remitting any such amounts in their jurisdiction.
Instructor Notice (summary): EduNexusHub retains a 10% platform fee and pays out monthly on the 10th (Net‑14 clearance). Example: Learner pays 100 → platform fee 10 → processor fee (e.g., 2.9% + 0.30) ≈ 3.20 → approx. instructor payout = 86.80 (before any taxes owed by the instructor). By applying, you agree to these terms.
Payout Schedule & Holds
- Cadence: Payouts are processed monthly on the 10th for earnings from the prior calendar month (platform timezone: UTC+03:00).
- Clearance window: Transactions within the last 14 days of a month roll into the next cycle to allow for refunds/chargebacks.
- Minimum payout: $20 (or equivalent); unpaid balances carry forward to the next cycle.
- Method & currency: Paid via the instructor’s selected approved payment processor in the payout currency available on that processor; conversion and processor fees apply.
- Refunds/chargebacks: Deducted from current or future payouts. If the payout is insufficient, we may offset against later earnings or invoice the balance.
- Compliance/verification: We may place a hold or delay payouts to comply with law, complete identity verification, or prevent fraud/abuse.
- Invalid payout details: Funds are held until details are updated. If still invalid after 180 days, we may attempt to return funds to the original payment source.
Example: Learner pays 100. Platform fee (10%) = 10; processor fee (e.g., 2.9% + 0.30) ≈ 3.20; approx. instructor payout = 86.80 (before any taxes owed by the instructor).
Student Cancellations & Drops (Refund Policy) {#refunds}
- Self‑paced (on‑demand) courses: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course, no Certificate of Completion has been issued, and you have not bulk‑downloaded course materials beyond any free samples. After these thresholds or after 14 days, refunds are not available.
- Live/cohort courses: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 72 hours before the first live session. No refunds are provided within 72 hours of the first session or after the course has started. Instructors may, at their discretion, offer a transfer or credit to a later cohort.
- Bundles, promos, and coupons: Refunds are based on the net price paid. Promotional items or bonuses may be revoked upon refund.
- Technical issues: If a platform‑wide technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it within 72 hours of your support ticket, we will provide a refund for the affected purchase.
- Local law: Where applicable law provides a mandatory cooling‑off or refund right for digital services, we will honor it. Accessing/streaming a digital course may waive such rights where permitted by law.
Effect on Instructor Earnings
- If a student drops a course and receives a refund under this policy, the transaction is reversed. Any amounts already paid to the Instructor for that transaction will be deducted from current or future payouts (or invoiced if necessary). Platform and processor fees tied to the refunded transaction are also reversed where possible.
No‑Show & Scheduling for Live Sessions
- If a student does not attend a scheduled live session, it is considered a no‑show and is not refundable. Rescheduling is at the Instructor’s discretion.
Instructor or Platform Cancellations
- If an Instructor cancels a paid course or cohort, or if EduNexusHub cancels a course for policy or technical reasons, students will receive a full refund for the affected purchase.
4. Tutors & Instructors
- EduNexusHub provides a platform that connects students with independent tutors and instructors (“Tutors”).
- Tutors are not employees, agents, or representatives of EduNexusHub; they operate as independent providers.
- Tutor responsibilities include:
- Reporting and paying any income, employment, or other taxes required by their local jurisdiction.
- Obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, or approvals required to offer their services.
- Setting their own availability, pricing (where applicable), and teaching methods.
- EduNexusHub does not control, supervise, or direct the manner or methods of instruction provided by Tutors.
- Payout Information (Required): Instructors must provide and keep payout details current. Failure to provide or maintain valid payout details may delay or prevent disbursements.
- Course Material Review: EduNexusHub may review, approve, request edits to, or reject any course material, lesson content, or resource submissions prior to publication to ensure quality, relevance, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws, educational standards, and community guidelines.
- Tutor–Student disputes: Any disputes, claims, or disagreements between a Tutor and a student (including but not limited to payment issues, lesson quality, or scheduling) are matters solely between those parties. EduNexusHub is not obligated to resolve such disputes, though we may, at our discretion, suspend or remove accounts for policy violations.

- Certificates of Completion are not formal academic credentials and do not represent accreditation by any governmental or regulatory body.
- Acceptance of a certificate for employment, licensing, or further education purposes is at the sole discretion of the relevant employer, institution, or governing authority.
- EduNexusHub makes no guarantees that a Certificate of Completion will be recognized or accepted by any third party.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international contract law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the use of EduNexusHub, its courses, tutors, or services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
If resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) (or another recognized arbitration body mutually agreed upon by the parties). Arbitration will be conducted remotely (online) by default. If an in‑person proceeding is required, the parties will mutually agree on a neutral city for the seat/venue of arbitration.
